Friday, September 30, 2011 – Two-stage Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering (SAG) appears to be standard operating procedure to produce a certain type of cloud cover. At approximately 1:37pm the plane in the picture above sprayed a chemtrail line segment in the sky over north San Diego. Minutes later, another plane left a parallel line segment with a secondary aerosol component.
This spray pattern was put out in front of incoming clouds in an otherwise clear area of the sky. The theory here is that two types of chemicals are released next to each other. Afterwards, directed microwave energy from a source such as HAARP heats the atmosphere around the chemtrails. The aerosol particles combined with moist air and heat contribute to the formation of clouds. This is weather augmentation, modification and manipulation.
