Wispy High Clouds and Chemtrails Cover SoCal Sky

Monday, February 28, 2011 – High cirrus clouds cover the entire Southern California sky. These “Wispy” high clouds, as described by local TV weather forecasters, are interspersed with aerosol spray trails that spread out quickly. The Solar Radiation Management (SRM) has kept record-breaking temperatures so low in the region, frost, snow and hail has been a problem for many farmers.
